Gary Whitaker, the Storyman has been a professional storyteller since 1997. All of his programs are presented in costume, whether it be as an ancient bard from the dark ages or old Irish Gentleman, and always with flair and enthusiasm. His storytelling programs extend from Historical presentations to folk tales. His CD, Tales of Ancient Warriors which contains his storytelling presentation of Beowulf has received kudos from teachers and storytellers alike.
On stage he is creative and expressive, a resourceful and experienced storyteller who is a joy to listen to and watch, a storyteller who brings to life history and literature for everyone.
